Summary
The Division Manager will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by leading project managers and field operations towards the successful completion of buildouts, installations, modifications, and decommissions in the area of telecommunications within his or her assigned division.
Responsibilities:
Upholds the Company’s Core Value of Safety over production
Display a high level of engagement and leadership by actively participating in office activities, contributing to discussions, and setting a positive tone for the team.
Lead and develop Project Managers within the company on best practices in order to drive profitability with each project within the division
Review results on a monthly basis with the VP and President. (P/L, performance, improvements, declivity)
Management of daily office operations for assigned division
Assist President and VP with creation and implementation of organizational goals, policies and process enhancements in order to guide and direct the company
Expand scope of business with current customer base in order to drive revenue
Develop relationships with new customers to increase revenue and generate a larger customer base for the organization
Maintain safety and quality of the highest level within the division
Ensure facilities within assigned division are maintained from a standpoint of safety and professionalism
Project and communicate staffing requirements to the human resources department
Responsible for the oversight and estimating, planning, implementing, and execution of various projects
Ensure all projects of assigned division stay within budget and timeline, meeting challenging deadlines and unexpected scope changes
Troubleshoot and resolve project issues
Act as a liaison between field personnel, sub-contractors, management, and administration
Maintain and manage sub-contractor relationships. Assure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements and Enertech standards regarding safety and quality.
Create proforma budget and complete budget analysis on a monthly basis for assigned division
Produce cap-ex budget for the division and communicate this to President for inclusion of overall budget
Physical Demands
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 20 pounds; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes regularly
Must pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing and participate in random testing program
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
Must possess valid driver’s license
Minimum Qualifications
Proven working experience in tower construction management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods and the ability to manage and work within a budget
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with construction management software package
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skill/experience
Soft Skills
Communicate in person, by phone with all site personnel
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
Must be able to work with a team, and independently as required

Travel
Travel is required for this position. Usually between 10 to 30% of the time.
Required Education and Experience
Degree in construction or business management is preferred
Five years’ experience in tower construction management
A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and all other associated computer skills is a must
Applicable experience in estimating, material procurement and logistics, project execution and close outs
