Responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community, including resolving work orders and performing repairs. Tasks include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting to ensure a positive resident experience.
Requires an EPA certification (or ability to obtain one) and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance and HVAC skills are strongly preferred.
