The Storehouseman is responsible for the physical execution of daily storeroom activities, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and material management. This role also involves operating material handling equipment and ensuring warehouse safety in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights up to 30 feet, and possess a valid Class D driver's license. Proficiency with facility technology such as computers, tablets, and RF scanners is required.

Reports to: Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations
As a Storehouseman at Ameren, you will be responsible for the physical execution of day-to-day and emergent storeroom activities. This dynamic role supports both routine maintenance and critical utility emergency restoration environments by maintaining an adequate inventory posture.
You will execute a variety of warehousing functions, including careful tracking of high-value inventory, order management, and the ongoing modernization of our storeroom. Safely operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including Powered Industrial Forklift is a core requirement of this position.
