The Superintendent is responsible for managing daily construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and budget tracking. They must ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications while maintaining clear communication with project management.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in commercial construction and the ability to interpret complex drawings and contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of safety protocols and various construction trades are required.
