Responsible for performing and reviewing watershed and flood studies, managing stormwater data, and enforcing floodplain regulations. The role involves project management, contract administration, and providing technical assistance for drainage issues.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a valid Texas Driver's License. Candidates must be able to obtain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification within specified timeframes.
