The Environmental Technician performs field-based environmental sampling, monitoring, and assessment activities across various media such as soil and groundwater. They also assist with data collection, documentation, and the maintenance of field equipment while supporting project teams.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work in outdoor environments under varying conditions. The role requires the ability to lift approximately 40 lbs and a valid driver's license for site travel.
The Environmental Technician performs field-based environmental sampling, monitoring, and assessment activities in support of environmental consulting projects. This role develops foundational technical skills through hands-on fieldwork and supports project teams with data collection, documentation, and reporting. The Environmental Technician works under supervision while progressing toward independent field execution and demonstrating ECS Core Values.

The expected pay range for this role and location is $22-$25/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
