Mack Industries is seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher to oversee the scheduling and coordination of ready-mix concrete deliveries and daily fleet operations. In this role, you'll work closely with plant leadership, drivers, customers, and sales teams to ensure efficient dispatching, on-time deliveries, and exceptional customer service while maximizing fleet utilization and maintaining a safe operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively manage changing priorities while supporting both customers and drivers.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak construction season or as business needs require
