Requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and OSHA 10 certification, with at least 5 years of project management or 15 years of construction operations experience. Experience in biopharma, life sciences, or cleanroom facilities is highly preferred.
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced OSM/MEP Manager - CUP to support the execution and coordination of construction activities on a complex multi-building GMP compliant pharma project. Responsible for ensuring site safety is maintained according to the safety plan, maintaining the daily progress goals, ensuring installation quality is monitored during the entire construction period and communicating to Project Managers. The OSM/MEP Manager - CUP must be ready to take on unique challenges daily, with the responsibility of keeping a project on schedule and on budget. Acts as the Company’s representative when dealing with vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
