The Field Superintendent provides leadership and supervision for commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring safe and timely installations. They manage teams of 20+ employees, coordinate materials and scheduling, and maintain client satisfaction through quality assurance.
Candidates must be high school graduates who have completed an approved electrical apprenticeship program. A minimum of four years of field supervision or management experience is required.
