The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in daily operations, including leasing, resident retention, and financial management. They are responsible for ensuring tax credit compliance through audits, inspections, and accurate reporting.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in multi-family housing or hospitality, including one year of experience in LIHTC communities. Professional certifications such as HCCP or COS are preferred.
