The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the property in high-quality condition and supervising the preparation of move-ins. They manage staff, handle service requests within 24 hours, and ensure a safe working environment according to OSHA guidelines.
Candidates must have hands-on apartment maintenance knowledge and leadership skills, with a valid driver's license and English communication ability. Requirements include one year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or six months as an assistant with Peak Living, and obtaining CFC certification within 90 days.
