The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing units to market-ready condition and completing assigned work orders. They also assist with the preventative maintenance of property equipment and common area upkeep.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general maintenance experience in property management. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is required, while EPA and CPO certifications are preferred.

Overview
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.
