Accountable for troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems at the shopping center. Additionally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and supervising maintenance staff.
Requires 2-3 years of building maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED, with technical certifications preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This position is accountable for contributing to the maintenance of the center by troubleshooting repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements and by coordinating the work of other maintenance personnel. Position is also accountable for the cleanliness of the center common area, parking lot, common sidewalks and service bays.

The salary range for this position is $26.15 - $40.10. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range.
