Respond to service calls to troubleshoot and repair defects in hotel facilities. Coordinate with other trades to perform installations, alterations, and general building maintenance in compliance with government codes.
Requires previous hotel engineering experience and vocational training or an associate's degree in a relevant field. Must be proficient in operating advanced electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and be able to read technical blueprints.
