The specialist manages the service contract renewal process to ensure high customer retention and agreement margin goals. This includes conducting site surveys, leading renewal meetings, and documenting customer feedback to improve service performance.
Candidates need a degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of customer service experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver's license are required.

The Service Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the service contract renewal process. This position ensures our customers know their business is appreciated and that their needs and concerns are our upmost priority. This will be measured by retaining a greater percentage of our existing service contract base, which will be accomplished by evaluating our performance in communication, documentation, thoroughness, site surveys, technician performance, timeliness, and sense of value.

Compensation Range: $70,304 - $80,000 per year
