The Project Accountant supports Project Managers with billing, job costs, and invoicing while reporting to the Controller. Key duties include processing subcontractor payables, tracking lien waivers, and assisting with month-end closing and internal controls.
Candidates need at least 2 years of recent accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with Sage/Timberline software and the construction industry is preferred.

Project Accountants work directly with our Project Managers on a wide range of accounting functions including assisting with billings, job costs and invoicing. You will report directly to the Controller. This is a 100% in-office position based in our San Jose office, located in Santana Row.
