The Assistant Service Manager oversees building maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, mechanical system upkeep, and vendor coordination. They are responsible for managing work orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all property repairs meet company safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least three years of apartment maintenance experience, and one year in a lead or supervisory role. A valid driver's license and EPA certification (Type I and II) are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and general repair skills.

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for the building maintenance operations and maintaining the buildings’ mechanical systems according to CIM Group’s operating and safety standards.
\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:At SKR, we provide compensation and benefits to support our employees. Eligible employees receive a compensation package and have access to a range of benefits designed to support their needs both at work and outside of it. These include:
Actual base salary considers several factors, including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA, is $65,000 - $85,000.
