Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, along with the ability to work a continental shift schedule.

The Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production processes within the facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports the receiving, processing, formulation, testing, and shipment of products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and operational standards.
Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
