The Senior Operations Accountant manages greenhouse and warehouse accounting processes, including inventory standard costing, variance analysis, and internal controls. This role also provides financial partnership to operations leadership to support decision-making, budgeting, and manufacturing process improvements.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of progressive experience, including 2 years in a plant controller or cost analyst role. Proficiency in US GAAP and experience with inventory standard costing are required, with a CPA designation preferred.
