Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environments and manage the Help Desk phone and email accounts. Responsible for recording, dispatching, and triaging system requests to determine priority and escalation levels.
Requires a diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must hold an A+ certificate and possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products and technical customer service.

Agricorp is looking for a Help Desk Operator who is results oriented, customer-focused and a strong communicator, to be part of Agricorp’s Network & Infrastructure Services team, within the Information Technology Services division.
The Help Desk Operator is responsible to provide first level technical support for Agricorp’s desktop computing environment as well as the recording and dispatching of all system requests funneled through the Help Desk team. In addition, the Help Desk Operator is responsible for initial problem ticket assessment and triage to determine priority level of requests and escalations.
