Perform aseptic final production processes, including the operation of filling technology and autoclaves within classified cleanrooms. Responsible for quality documentation, environmental monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requires completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical technician, biology laboratory technician, or similar, with professional experience in aseptic vaccine/biologics production. Als Schwangerschaftsvertretung in unserem Produktionsbereich zu bestzen.
In dieser Position führen Sie alle Tätigkeiten der aseptischen Endfertigung durch.
Ihre Aufgaben:
● Durchführung der aseptischen Endfertigungsprozesse
o Bedienung und Überwachung der Abfülltechnik und des Autoklaven
o Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten inkl. Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsarbeiten
o Inprozesskontrollen
o Durchführung prozessbegleitendes Umgebungsmonitoring
o Probenahme für die Endproduktprüfungen)
● Dokumentation von qualitätsrelevanten Daten zur Herstellung
● Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
● Melden und Unterstützung von Abweichungen
● Unterstützung bei der Versandverpackung
● Einhaltung der Hygieneanweisungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Umgebungsbedingungen
● Arbeiten in den klassifizierten Reinräumen
● Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung der Qualifizierung von Anlagen und Prozessen sowie der Validierung
● Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Revision von SOPs, Herstellvorschriften und Masterprotokollen
● Sicherstellen des entsprechenden Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsstatus vor Aufnahme von Tätigkeiten
● Einhaltung aller Anforderungen der Guten Herstellungspraxis für Arzneimittel und Impfstoffe

Your profile :
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pharmakant/in, Biologielaborant/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich der aseptischen Fertigung von Impfstoffen/Biologika und wissen, wie man unter GMP-Bedingungen arbeitet. Die grundsätzliche Eignung für Arbeiten in Infektionslaboren mit entsprechender Hygienebekleidung setzen wir zwingend voraus. Sie verfügen über MS-Office Kenntnisse und Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
