Responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products and slaughtering livestock according to client specifications. Ensures high standards of sanitation and adheres to workplace health and safety requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in Canada, and have at least 12 months of experience with cutting equipment in a meat environment. Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and lift up to 50lbs is required.
