Handle intake calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers while performing administrative and computational tasks. Coordinate medication therapy management programs and schedule review sessions with consultative pharmacists.
Must reside in OH, AZ, TX, or FL and hold an active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license. Requires experience in mail order pharmacy or pharmacy-related call centers and proficiency in using multiple computer applications.
You will address questions related to specific assigned area and assist with medication research. You will evaluate calls that require consultation with a pharmacist. You will make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedules medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
We will hold training Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.
After training, we ask that you have the flexibility to work any shift within the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, based on our needs. We will advise the schedule at the time of offer.
Associates may refer external candidates to this requisition and receive a bonus, provided that they meet all other eligibility requirements.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
