The Ophthalmic Technician Assistant supports physicians by managing patient flow and performing basic eye tests. They are also responsible for patient education, clinical room maintenance, and administrative tasks such as prior authorizations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical office or customer service environment. COA or OSC certifications are preferred but not required at the time of hire.
