Requires strong payroll expertise specifically within the Danish and Swedish markets, including knowledge of social security and collective agreements. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and fluency in English, with Danish or Swedish language skills being an advantage.

Join Ramboll as our new Nordics Payroll Specialist and work with us to support reliable, compliant payroll delivery across Denmark and Sweden while contributing to our global payroll transformation journey.
As our new Nordics Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across the Nordic region, with primary focus on Denmark and Sweden. You will act as a country payroll subject matter expert and escalation point for complex payroll matters requiring local knowledge of tax, social security, pensions, statutory reporting, collective agreements, and employment-related payments.
You will be part of a global Payroll & Benefits organisation, working closely with Global Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, local leadership, external payroll providers, and in-country partners. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining detailed payroll expertise with a calm, service-minded approach. In a Danish and Swedish working context, we value transparency, trust, inclusion, work-life balance, and practical collaboration. You will help strengthen standard ways of working while respecting local requirements and cultural expectations in both countries.
You bring strong payroll expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the confidence to advise stakeholders in a clear and practical way. You are comfortable working independently, but you also enjoy building alignment across teams, countries, and providers.
