Die Rolle berichtet direkt an unseren Head of Finance and Operations und ist damit eng an der Steuerung unserer zentralen Prozesse angebunden.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind – und dass Prozesse, Kosten und Bestände sauber gesteuert sind.
Unsere Marken wachsen schnell. Damit alles zuverlässig läuft, braucht es Struktur, Überblick und jemanden, der Themen konsequent vorantreibt.
In dieser Rolle steuerst du Bestände, Kosten und Prozesse end-to-end und arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und unseren Partnern zusammen.
Wenn du Operations nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv gestalten willst, bist du hier genau richtig.
Bestandssteuerung: Du verantwortest unsere Lagerbestände und sorgst für Transparenz bei Beständen, Differenzen und Allokationen – inklusive Monatsabschluss.
Kosten & Abrechnung: Du prüfst und kontierst Rechnungen unserer Logistikpartner, hinterfragst Abweichungen und stellst sicher, dass Kosten korrekt und nachvollziehbar sind.
POS & Displays: Du planst und steuerst die Produktion unserer Displays als zentrales POS-Tool – von Forecast bis Umsetzung.
Forecast Accuracy: Du analysierst die Genauigkeit unserer Planungen und leitest Maßnahmen ab, um diese kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Kostenoptimierung: Du identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und treibst Optimierungen in der Displayproduktion und entlang der Supply Chain voran.
Cross-funktionale Steuerung: Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen und stellst sicher, dass kundenspezifische Aktivitäten reibungslos umgesetzt werden.
E-Commerce: Du unterstützt unseren Online-Shop und Amazon im Bereich Bestandsmanagement, Verfügbarkeit und Abschlussprozesse.
Stammdaten & Systeme: Du pflegst und strukturierst unsere Daten im ERP-System und sorgst für eine saubere Datenbasis.
Ausbildung: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Logistik oder Supply Chain oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung: Du hast 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Operations, Supply Chain oder Logistik – idealerweise in einem dynamischen FMCG-Umfeld.
Analytik: Du arbeitest strukturiert, erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell und verlierst auch im Detail nicht den Überblick.
Kostenverständnis: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kostenstrukturen und hinterfragst Abweichungen konsequent.
Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest präzise, eigenverantwortlich und bringst Themen zuverlässig zu Ende.
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit: Du gehst Themen aktiv an, sprichst Probleme offen an und findest Lösungen – auch über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg.
Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen und hältst alle relevanten Stakeholder aligned.
