As the Finance and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, reporting, and analysing the use of financial resources, monitoring the Hospital budget, and key performance indicators. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have a significant impact on the strategic and operational planning of the public and private arms of the Hospital and Mater organisation.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives.
