Acts as the subject matter expert for federal, state, and local leave of absence programs, including FMLA and ADA. Responsible for administering leave requests, maintaining compliant records, and partnering with HR and Legal to ensure consistent organizational practices.
Requires three or more years of experience in leave administration or human resources with in-depth knowledge of leave laws. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
