Job Summary
As an Employer Partnerships Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Employer Partnerships team, helping to coordinate employer engagement activities and assist learners in accessing employment opportunities.
You will maintain accurate records, support communication with employers and stakeholders, coordinate vacancies and recruitment activities and ensure information is up to date. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of employer partnership activities and helping learners connect with suitable employment opportunities.
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000
Location: This is an office-based role. We welcome applications from candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of any of our South Central offices, located in Banbury, Basingstoke, Brighton, Chichester, Guildford, High Wycombe, Oxford, Reading, Slough, and Staines.
Hours: 37.5 hours
Travel: Occasional travel between those offices.
About The Role
Provide administrative support to the Employer Partnerships team, helping to coordinate employer engagement activities and recruitment processes.
Support communication with employers, learners, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries are responded to or directed appropriately.
Assist with arranging employer meetings, discovery calls and maintaining accurate records of employer interactions.
Maintain employer and vacancy databases, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with organisational requirements.
Support the organisation and administration of recruitment events, including open days, employer engagement sessions and assessment centres.
Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with the collection and analysis of performance data.
Monitor shared inboxes and act as an initial point of contact for routine employer and stakeholder enquiries.
Assist with producing promotional materials, communications, and documentation to support employer engagement activities.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the effective delivery of the Employer Partnerships function.
Flexibility to travel across the South-Central region where required.
