The PurposeAs Head of Logical Systems, you'll lead the team responsible for bringing together the critical technologies that enable fault-tolerant quantum computing. Working at the intersection of quantum hardware, control systems and high-performance computing, you'll define the system architecture that underpins our next generation of scalable logical quantum computers while leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
The RoleReporting to the VP of Quantum Science & Exploratory Research, you will lead OQC's Logical Systems team, driving the integration of quantum error correction technologies into a unified logical computing stack. You'll work across engineering and research disciplines, shape technical strategy, oversee complex research programmes, and build the capabilities needed to realise large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computing.
