Inspired by nature and fashioned for adventure, Conrad Orlando sits on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort bordering Walt Disney World with a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon setting the stage for luxury which is as harmonious as it is captivating.
The stunning resort features 433 rooms (including 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily front office operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Supervise front office team: Lead team members in performing all front office procedures, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback
Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues
Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency
