The Vendor Oversight Specialist monitors and audits vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and established service standards. They act as the primary point of contact for vendors, analyze performance data, and assist leadership in identifying risk factors and process improvements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in insurance or real estate tax, or two years in loan servicing. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to effectively manage vendor relationships and data reporting.
