As our Medical Assistant II, you will assume a crucial supportive role, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet their comprehensive needs while promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety. Every day you will perform a variety of clinical tasks as directed by providers, meticulously maintain accurate chart documentation, participate in professional development, and potentially assist with front office duties, all while contributing to an efficient and patient-focused work environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to patient care standards, strong clinical skills, and personal accountability for relationship-based care and our organizational mission. Your dedication to growth within our MA Clinical Ladder is highly valued.
