Perform general maintenance and repairs for building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Coordinate with outside vendors for inspections and create maintenance reports for supervisors.
Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.

The Facilities Support Assistant will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and basic inside and outside maintenance.
