The Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for collecting clinical supporting documents and managing patient documentation within the EMR system. Additionally, the role handles incoming calls, greets visitors, and performs general clerical duties to support pharmacy operations.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should ideally have over one year of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience and strong organizational skills.

The Pharmacy Coordinator will be responsible for the collection of clinical supporting documents needed to care for our patients, including, but not limited to: laboratory results, signed written orders, assignment of benefits, and ongoing clinical documentation. The Pharmacy Coordinator answers incoming phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate person. This role is responsible for greeting all visitors, directing visitors to the appropriate person or location and assisting with miscellaneous clerical duties.
Shift: On Site, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Working Conditions Occasional weekend, evening or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage
Percentage of Travel: 0-25%
