Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Texas RN license and 3-5 years of acute care experience. A BSN and certifications such as CPHQ or CHC are preferred.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
3–5 years of acute care nursing experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or similar certification
Prior experience in regulatory compliance, quality, accreditation, risk management, or survey readiness
Experience participating in or leading accreditation surveys
Experience with policy management systems and regulatory tracking tools
