The Assistant Deli Manager is responsible for guest satisfaction and supporting the Department Manager in daily operations, including ordering and merchandising. They lead the department team through training, scheduling, and ensuring food safety and profitability goals are met.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and at least one year of restaurant experience. A Certified Food Safety Manager certification is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.

He/She is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in leading the efficient, effective, safe, legal and profitable operations of the department.
