Perform routine preventive maintenance and identify deficiencies to correct problems within a scheduled timeframe. Responsibilities include repairing drywall, painting, and operating various maintenance equipment and company vehicles.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in building maintenance or construction. A valid state driver's license and relevant certifications for equipment operation are required.
