Spanning multi-gigawatt gas turbine generation, BESS, AP1000 nuclear units, an SMR, and approximately 14 million square feet of data center space across West Texas, Project Matador is the power backbone of America's AI future.
The Procurement Manager, EPC Contracts is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for managing all EPC contractor relationships across Project Matador's power generation scope. You will own the full contract lifecycle — from sourcing and RFP execution through award, administration, change management, and closeout — for LSTK and reimbursable EPC engagements covering gas turbine balance-of-plant, civil and structural works, electrical systems, and nuclear construction packages. This role sits at the intersection of procurement strategy, project controls, and contractor performance management.
