The Milk Receiver is responsible for receiving raw milk deliveries and ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. This includes testing samples, operating transfer equipment, and maintaining detailed receiving logs and sanitation protocols.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably at least one year of experience in dairy or food manufacturing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in extreme environments are required.
