Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree depending on the program level and a minimum of four years of practical work experience in the subject area. Preferred candidates have at least two years of post-secondary teaching experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools.

This includes working with the Director of Online Education and other online faculty and staff to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of assigned courses.
Requirements
The physical demands are those required in a professional office setting and higher education teaching environment: communicating with coworkers, presenting to a classroom of students (virtual classrooms for on-line), and demonstrating procedures and techniques. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Any changes must be reviewed by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). All final approvals must come from the President/CEO.
