JOB SUMMARY: The Case Management Supervisor’s goal is to improve the well-being of clients by providing case management services including the coordination of community resources. The position supervises the case management operations of the assigned area, ensure practices are in accordance with the contract/grant requirements, and Agency practices and procedures. The Case Management Supervisor provides input on the program operations, program development, staff training, performance management, and personnel activities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Provides administrative and functional supervision of up to 6 FTEs.
