The IT Specialist II provides direct support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP networks, ensuring system performance and security compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining servers and workstations, remediating vulnerabilities, and providing multi-level help desk support.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and 5+ years of DoD/IC experience, including at least one year in an SAP/SCI environment. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 1 or 2 certification requirements.
