Perform preventative and general maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain the physical condition of the facilities and grounds while adhering to company standards.
Requires 1-3 years of general maintenance experience and a valid Tennessee driver's license. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and substance abuse testing.
This position is responsible for the preventative and general maintenance, inspection, and repair of the exhibit areas, building, grounds, and building equipment for the Historic Tours of America's Nashville facilities. You are to ensure that the image of our company is reflected in the appearance and condition of our equipment and facilities while maintaining the company's high standards of safety and cleanliness.
