Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are seeking a IT Service Desk Manager for a DOS contract.
The IT Service Desk Manager manages daily operations of the IT Service Center (ITSC), including Tier 0–4 support, implementation of swarming models, and customer service excellence. Oversees service desk staff, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
5+ years of experience managing IT service desk operations
Experience with service desk tools and performance metrics
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Certifications
ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or related field
Clearance
Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract

Target salary range: $155,000 - $210,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
