Implement ABA principles and positive behavior supports for adults with ASD or developmental disabilities in homes and clinical settings. Provide coaching to direct care staff and maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in ABA roles and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience implementing behavior supports for individuals with I/DD.

You’ll work directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs.

The Clinician I will serve as a member of the Habilitative Skill Building (HSB) team. Individuals receiving services through the HSB program are usually adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar developmental disabilities and present with significant behavioral challenges. Individuals served may also be a part of the Community Protection Program with criminal histories. The Clinician I will run programming in client homes, work with clients in the clinical suite, and facilitate community outings. The Clinician I will operate under the direction of Clinicians II/III and/or the Tacoma Clinical Services Manager to implement programs, education, and staff training as defined by each individual’s support plan.
