The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained. They also assist with unit turns, property improvements, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and experience with LIHTC properties are required.

The Maintenance Technician supports the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.
