Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Billing, Coding, and Pre-Billing departments to ensure financial performance and regulatory compliance. Responsible for developing revenue cycle policies, managing staff, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a Medical Coding Certification (AAPC/AHIMA). Candidates must have at least three years of progressive revenue cycle experience and three years of leadership experience managing coding or revenue cycle teams.
The Revenue Cycle Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Billing, Coding, and Pre-Billing departments. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue cycle policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The Revenue Cycle Manager is expected to uphold the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
