The Finance Manager manages Finance Business Partnering for Mobile Postpaid (Residential & Corporate Individual Scheme).

 

How You will Make An Impact:

 

• Perform monthly actual closing to track against budget and forecast. Analyze and present monthly closing results to Line Directors and VP, Mobile Marketing. Call out highlights and help business identify areas of concern to draw up Get Well Plans
• Liaise with Business Analysts and Line to understand non-financial drivers and how they have impacted performance
• Prepare monthly flash for circulation to FP&A and VP, Mobile Marketing.
• Liaise with auditors on balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate requests by auditors with other stakeholders and address auditor queries
• Work with Line on financial forecasts and budget in light of drivers. Run scenarios. Perform analysis and prepare and review presentation materials for management
• Review business cases and develop financial models to assess the financial feasibility of Capex and business proposals including measures such as ROIC and NPV
• Support key projects initiatives e.g. EPM implementation, review business and finance requirement and support Line on new product roll out

 

 Skills for Success

• A University degree in Accountancy with at least 4-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• IT knowledge and experience in system implementations would be an advantage
• Forward looking, proactive and persevering in order to press ahead to introduce new tools and applications to bring about improvements to the Finance community, amidst competing demands for time and resources
• Ability to handle numerous time-critical assignments simultaneously with sense of urgency and ability to prioritise work;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
