Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit and produce necessary shop and coordination drawings. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve clashes and support project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience in MEP BIM modelling and the ability to interpret technical construction drawings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
BIM Modelling:
- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve clashes and drawing issues.
- Support drawing submissions and project documentation.
Engineering & Coordination Support:
- Assist in project coordination and drawing reviews.
- Support site teams in resolving drawing discrepancies when required.
- Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
- Experience or exposure to BIM modelling for MEP services.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing-related BIM modelling.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction projects and BIM workflows.
- Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
